Please remember that InPost Store can only accept parcels under 10kg in weight and with maximum dimensions of 60x50x50cm. You can find your nearest location on InPost Store locator.
Shipment tracking
You can track shipment of your products by clicking on the "Track My Order" link in the Shipping Confirmation email. Please note such link will direct you to the courier's website, which is not controlled by us.

It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers' local bank holidays.
We will be unable to change the delivery address on Orders after checkout.
If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of Products, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mail box.
Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you when you take possession of the Products.

We only deliver in: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Portugal, Spain, Denmark, Switzerland and United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland and Isle of Man).
We do not deliver in: British Overseas Territories, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, and British Forces Post Offices, Livigno, Vatican City and Republic of San Marino, Dutch Overseas Territories, French Overseas Territories, French Army Post Offices, Ceuta & Melilla, Andorra, Gibraltar, Canary Islands, PO Boxes.

Free Return Policy Smartwool offers free returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
Store Returns Return the unworn item(s) to the store where you originally made the purchase for a refund or exchange.
Online Returns Return unworn item(s) purchased at smartwool.com 30 days from the date of purchase for a complete refund. Initiate a return by accessing your order history and selecting “Return Items."
Refunds may take up to 3-5 weeks to process due to the time often required for shipping and bank processing. Exchanges are not available.
